Exciting things are happening at Auswide Bank! As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for a friendly, proactive and community-minded individual to join our Gympie branch as a Customer Banking Specialist.

As a Customer Banking Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront, working hard to develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. You’ll have confidence in the Bank’s products and will initiate conversations to understand customers’ requirements, ensuring we fulfill their needs.

We’re looking for great communicators who are curious, eager to learn and love working with people. If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality or a customer-facing role, you’ll already have some of the core skills — and we’ll provide the training and support to help you build your knowledge and confidence in banking.

What you’ll bring to the Table?

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Current banking and/or lending experience is highly advantageous.
