We're looking for an experienced Bank Manager to lead our Launceston branch and help shape the future of personal and business banking in the region.

About the Role

This is more than a branch leadership role. As Bank Manager, you’ll inspire a team banking professionals, drive business development in the local community, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You'll combine your strong regulatory knowledge and passion for people development to grow both your team and the branch’s performance.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to deliver great customer experiences.
  • Own the branch’s performance across sales, service, compliance, and community engagement.
  • Use your business acumen to deepen existing customer relationships and grow new ones.
  • Champion safe and compliant practices while fostering a values-led culture.


What You’ll Bring

  • Proven leadership in banking or financial services.
  • Experience developing team capability and driving high performance.
  • A strong understanding of retail banking products and compliance requirements.
  • FSR Tier 2 accreditation (General and Insurance) or willingness to obtain.
  • A customer-first mindset with a track record of delivering results.
