The Opportunity

We are looking for a Partnerships Team Leader to join us in either Brisbane or Bundaberg. You will lead an important team in the Partnerships division, while working closely with a broader network across Australia.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong commercial focus. You will be building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping our partners deliver MyState products, while ensuring operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading and coaching the team to deliver strong service and results
• Building trusted relationships with partners across Australia
• Driving product awareness and growing sales through your partner network
• Identifying opportunities and turning conversations into commercial outcomes
• Maintaining a strong focus on operations, risk, and customer experience
