Looking for your next step in finance operations? Selfco is expanding, and we’re on the hunt for a detail‑driven, proactive Settlements Officer to join our busy Settlements team, based in Sydney.

As the Settlements Officer, you will closely with our Settlements Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely settlements for our extensive broker network.

What You’ll Do
- Process settlement requests from our broker network quickly and accurately
- Review loan documentation and ensure all requirements are met before issue
- Accurately prepare settlement figures and manage disbursements
- Complete PPSR registrations for each contract
- Conduct confirmation calls with customers at settlement
- Send remittances to suppliers and brokers
- Issue welcome packs to customers post‑settlement
- Manage post‑settlement follow‑ups, including PPSR removals for refinances
What You Bring
- 2+ years in settlements, loan processing, or a similar finance role (highly desirable)
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Good numerical and problem‑solving ability
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high‑volume environment
- Collaborative, reliable and team‑focused
