Trust Specialist

Exciting opportunity to join TPT Wealth's Trustee Services team as a Trust Specialist.

TPT Wealth is a major provider of financial products and services including Wills, Estates and Trustee Services, Managed Investments, and Commercial Lending. Established as a Trustee Company in 1887, TPT is a wholly owned subsidiary of MyState Ltd.

The role is being advertised across Hobart, Sydney and Launceston.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Manage a book of Estate, Trust, Power of Attorney and Personal Injury customers in accordance with the legislative and regulatory framework governing a private trustee company.
• Provide proactive and high-quality customer service and support, with a positive, empathetic attitude and a solution-focussed approach.
• Manage workload and service milestones in order to achieve timely and quality outcomes for clients and satisfy Key Performance Indicators
• Identify opportunities to improve the way we do things and deliver better customer outcomes.

 About you

Your ability to learn and adapt will be key. You’ll be great at balancing planned and reactive work, and always look to put customers first.

 Our successful candidate will have:

• Experience in trustee, legal or financial services in a customer-facing role
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• The ability to prioritise competing tasks in a dynamic work environment
• Demonstrated initiative and problem solving skills
