The Home Finance Specialist will:

• Identify/Discover customer’s long and short-term financial goals/strategies and provide product or advisory solutions to enable the customer to create and manage their financial goals.
• Participate in the effective delivery of Auswide’s products and services by developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with customers.
• Develop and maintain successful business relationships with referral partners.
• Achieve outstanding service level standards for all aspects of internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain the external network of sales leads.

 Qualifications and Experience

• At least five years’ experience in a position that directly relates to the sales and relationship functions.
• Have a broad knowledge about the range of home loan products available in the lending industry, and their characteristics.
• Knowledge of relevant economic environment, including the business cycle and market factors, and inflation.
• Understand Real Estate terms and concepts (e.g. Land Titles).
