Lead, inspire & contribute to the overall success of our Broker Team by applying for this key leadership role.

A Day in the Life

The Active Broker Retention & Quality Sales Leaser is responsible for leading a national team of desk-based Relationship Managers (RMs) who support and grow the Group’s active, high performing broker partners. This role focuses on maintaining and deepening relationships with loyal broker advocates by ensuring they receive fast, responsive and consistent support across product, process, credit and service delivery.

With a strong emphasis on submission quality and compliance, the role ensures that volumes originated through the active broker cohort meet internal standards, enabling operational and credit teams to deliver efficient turnaround times and exceptional broker experiences. The Sales Leader also works closely with the Broker Activation Sales Leader to build credit policy and process capability across the broader sales team, ensuring that newly activated broker volume does not come at the expense of efficiency or operational impact.

In addition, the role contributes strategic insight to inform broker communications, training, marketing, and enhancements to product, process and credit policy. Through targeted coaching, performance improvement and management, and ongoing capability uplift, the Sales Leader ensures the RM team delivers consistent value to brokers, aligns with Group’s service promise, and contributes to sustainable channel growth all while reinforcing the Group’s values, culture and behavioural expectations.
