Following the merger, we are seeking a hands‑on Relationship Manager who thrives on building trust, driving lending growth, and creating better outcomes for customers across a fast‑paced, community‑oriented financial services environment.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Relationship Manager who can hit the ground running and contribute quickly within a close-knit team of five (two Relationship Managers and three Support). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast paced, customer focused banking environments and brings genuine networks they can confidently activate.
This is a hands-on role spanning portfolio management, customer acquisition, credit assessment and deep relationship management across retail and private banking customers.
What You’ll Bring
You’re likely already working in a bank where relationships matter and results are tangible. You will be able to bring (or quickly build):
- A customer first approach - You’re comfortable moving quickly without losing focus on quality, compliance or the customer experience.
- A strong customer portfolio or transferable network.
- Solid lending knowledge and experience assessing, structuring and recommending lending solutions is essential.
- Confidence across both origination and portfolio management
- You’ll be responsible for growing your book while deepening existing customer relationships.
- Ability to self-source customers and strengthen the direct channel.
- A commercial mindset - You understand budgets, targets and the importance of a high-performance culture.
