MyState Limited are looking for a Mobile Home Finance Specialist to join our Hobart‑based team. This role suits someone who enjoys meeting customers where they are, builds trust easily, and takes pride in delivering a high‑quality lending experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Meeting with customers across Hobart to understand their home ownership goals and tailor lending options to suit.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners and your wider network.
- Managing a high‑quality lending process that delivers an excellent customer experience from first conversation to settlement.
- Growing your home lending pipeline and meeting agreed lending and service targets.
- Representing MyState in customer appointments, local events, and community settings.
- Ensuring lending activities meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Contributing to team projects and helping strengthen the Home Finance function across the business.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in home lending or a similar customer‑focused financial services role.
- Strong understanding of lending processes, home loan products, and the broader financial environment.
- Confidence building referral networks and identifying new opportunities.
- Clear, professional communication and strong relationship‑building skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
- Commitment to meeting CPD obligations under the Australian Credit Licence framework.
