As our Senior Product Manager – Savings & Everyday Banking, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading the strategy, performance, and innovation of our deposits portfolio, driving growth, elevating customer value, and helping shape the future of everyday banking in Australia.

What You’ll Own

• Lead end‑to‑end product management for deposits (non‑negotiable)
• Drive pricing strategy, portfolio performance and bottom‑line outcomes
• Build and evolve a compelling savings proposition
• Partner closely with Marketing and Distribution on acquisition & retention initiatives
• Use customer insights and market trends to shape strategy and roadmap
• Oversee product changes, regulatory requirements, and risk management
• Influence digital engagement and customer experience across the portfolio

What You Bring

• Deep expertise in deposits product management — essential
• Strong understanding of deposits markets, competitive dynamics, and customer behaviours
• Advanced pricing knowledge and commercial acumen
• Proven ability to deliver portfolio growth and financial outcomes
• Collaborative working style — no direct reports, but high cross‑functional influence
• Experience working with Marketing, Digital, Treasury, and Distribution
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical capability
