The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers and help them find the right solutions for their banking needs. You’ll deliver accurate and timely service, promote alternative banking options, and identify opportunities to connect customers with products that make a difference.

Your Impact

  • Provide superior customer service by processing transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage queue times and ensure effective time management to meet productivity targets.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of MyState Limited’s policies, processes, and products.
  • Adhere to compliance and risk management requirements.
  • Actively identify and refer new business opportunities to meet individual and team targets.
  • Promote digital banking solutions such as ATMs, PAYs, and Internet Banking.
  • Resolve customer concerns at first contact and escalate when necessary.
  • Support team activities and contribute to a collaborative environment.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge and capability to better serve customers.

What You Bring

  • Experience in retail or financial sales with a strong customer service focus.
  • Working knowledge of retail banking products and customer needs (desired).
  • Ability to use multiple computer systems effectively.
  • Proven ability to meet referral and performance objectives.
