The opportunity

As a Senior Delivery Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering complex transformation and integration initiatives. You’ll sit at the centre of the action, shaping problems, defining solutions, and ensuring delivery lands in a way that works for both the business and our customers.

This is a hands-on role with real influence. You’ll lead analysis across large initiatives, work closely with senior stakeholders, and bring clarity in complex, fast-moving environments.

Location: Brisbane or Hobart

Initially a 12-month contract

What you’ll do

  • Lead business analysis across complex programs, from problem definition through to delivery
  • Translate ambiguity into clear requirements, insights, and actionable plans
  • Facilitate workshops, align stakeholders, and drive decisions
  • Map and improve processes across the organisation
  • Use data to validate assumptions and shape solutions
  • Partner with delivery teams, vendors, and business leaders to get outcomes over the line

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience delivering complex change in financial services or similar environments
  • A natural problem solver who is comfortable working in ambiguity
  • The ability to influence, challenge and bring people with you
  • Hands-on analysis capability, with the credibility to lead others
  • A genuine drive to improve how things work, not just maintain them
  • Based in either Brisbane or Hobart
