If you enjoy working with smart people, asking great questions and making meaningful change happen, this Delivery Specialist role could be for you. This position is initially a 12 month fixed-term contract.

We’re a national, growing bank and we’re looking for someone to help shape and deliver change across key business initiatives. You can be based in Hobart, Brisbane or Bundaberg, with a hybrid setup (3 days in the office).

About the role

As a Delivery Specialist, you’ll sit between business stakeholders and delivery teams — helping clarify needs, shape solutions and keep work moving. You’ll work across both BAU and change initiatives, owning smaller pieces end‑to‑end and contributing to larger programs.

You’ll be involved in work such as:

  • Lending origination improvements
  • Deposit partnerships
  • Workflow digitisation
  • Core banking enhancements

What you’ll be doing

  • Defining and documenting business requirements
  • Running workshops to align people and decisions
  • Mapping current and future‑state processes
  • Analysing data to support solution design
  • Identifying risks and keeping delivery on track
  • Supporting testing, training and rollout activities

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in business analysis or delivery roles
  • Experience in financial services or complex environments
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • A collaborative, practical and curious mindset
