Why this role exists

At MyState, marketing is busy, ambitious, and moving fast. We need a strong Marketing Project Manager who can step in, create structure, and help our teams deliver great work — without the friction.

This is a 6‑month contract focused on momentum and execution, not long‑term people management or strategy ownership. You’ll be making things work better while the broader marketing function continues to evolve.

What you’ll actually be doing

• Being the central point of coordination across marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Bringing clarity to priorities, timelines and dependencies
• Keeping stakeholders informed, aligned and unblocked
• Managing agencies and partners so delivery stays on track
• Making sure great ideas turn into great execution

This isn’t a creative role — it’s a delivery role. You don’t need to design the work. You need to make sure it lands.

This role is for you if you:

• Have solid experience in marketing project delivery, agency account management, or campaign coordination
• Enjoy working with senior stakeholders and aren’t afraid to push back when needed
• Can juggle multiple workstreams without dropping the ball
• Take pride in discipline, accuracy and follow‑through
• Like improving how things run, not just keeping them running

Experience in financial services is helpful, but not essential.

A calm, organised, proactive mindset is.
