I'm seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service Representative. to join my client's supportive logistics team. Reporting to the QLD Logistics Manager. You'll be focused on delivering outstanding service and results.
In this role, you'll be:
- Processing customer orders, deliveries, returns and transfers
- Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams
- Answering customer questions and resolving any issues
- Managing stock availability and transport scheduling
- Assisting with inventory counts and audits
- Processing freight invoices
- Supporting the Sales and Technical teams
- Providing excellent operational service
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Customer service skills
- Excellent communication and data entry abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive approach and sense of urgency
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team
This role will be starting on a contract basis, with a view to go permanent with this client.
