Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service Representative

I'm seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service Representative. to join my client's supportive logistics team. Reporting to the QLD Logistics Manager. You'll be focused on delivering outstanding service and results.

In this role, you'll be:

• Processing customer orders, deliveries, returns and transfers
• Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams
• Answering customer questions and resolving any issues
• Managing stock availability and transport scheduling
• Assisting with inventory counts and audits
• Processing freight invoices
• Supporting the Sales and Technical teams
• Providing excellent operational service

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Customer service skills
• Excellent communication and data entry abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive approach and sense of urgency
• Reliability and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team

This role will be starting on a contract basis, with a view to go permanent with this client.
