About the Opportunity

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Painting Apprenticeship. This is a hands-on role where you will "earn while you learn," working toward a nationally recognised Certificate III in Painting and Decorating . You will work alongside qualified tradespeople learning in domestic (residential), commercial or industrial environments.

What You Will Learn

• Surface preperation (sanding, filing and cleaning)
• Learning professional paint application techniques using brushes, rollers and spray equipment
• Helping with site set-up and clean-up to maintain safe work environment
• Working alongside qualified tradespeople to learn the ropes of the industry

About You

We aren't necessarily looking for prior experience, but we are looking for the right attitude. You are a great fit if you:

• Have a genuine passion for working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Are physically fit and capable of demanding manual labour.
• Possess a strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Have a high attention to detail and take pride in your work.
• Are a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Previous labouring or construction experience would be highly regarded

Requirements

• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain one).
• Willingness to commit to a 4-year apprenticeship and TAFE studies.
