About the role:
Career Transition Assistance (CTA) is funded by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations. CTA is a program for mature-age participants aged 45 and over, providing practical assistance to increase employability and competitiveness in the local job market.
MRAEL are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Coordinator for the CTA program who will:
- Support students in relation to training needs
- Provide scheduling, planning and organisation of training delivery
- Provide basic training advice and reports to management
- Ensure the smooth processing of students from enrolment to completion.
- Organising all resources for sessions, events and trainer
· Support Quality Assurance measures at Site
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable) or willingness to obtain
· Demonstrated training program coordination knowledge
- Proven experience organisation and coordination of work experience placements, internships or employment
- A vocational education background and experience with Learning Management systems (Highly Desirable)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office
- Positive can do attitude and a willingness to grow and expand
Requirements:
· Current Valid Driver’s Licence
A satisfactory Police Check and Working with Children Check are required prior to commencement.
