As an Apprentice and Employment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting Apprentices and Trainees from commencement through to completion. You'll guide and mentor them throughout their journey, while building strong relationships with host employers and industry stakeholders.
This dynamic role covers a service area from Newcastle to Sydney.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and sales to grow your caseload of apprentices and partner organisations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Australian Apprentices, Host Employers, Registered Training Organisations, and other essential partners.
- Mentor and support apprentices, conducting site visits and performance management to ensure their success.
- Schedule TAFE bookings and oversee on-the-job training, providing ongoing support and performance counselling when needed.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong record in team leadership.
- Solid understanding of employment services – experience mentoring apprentices is highly valued.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills – you’re a people person at heart!
- Initiative, drive, and the ability to work autonomously while maintaining attention to detail.
