MRAEL are seeking a highly motivated and eager Business Trainee to join the team at Alman Partners.

As the Business Trainee, you will provide effective delivery of all administrative and general office tasks to achieve exceptional client service standards for all aspects of the business.

The successful candidate will perform the following duties;

  • Friendly and efficient communication with clients.
  • General housekeeping and reception duties to ensure a 5-star client experience.
  • Client greetings (including making coffee) and managing incoming phone calls.
  • Daily office maintenance, including tidying offices, kitchen, and amenities, opening/closing office, etc.
  • Manage office consumables, stationary, general office management.
  • Administration support to the Alman Partners team.
  • Assist in project work.
  • Provide general effective office administration support.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing phone calls, emails and written correspondence.
  • Effective storage and retrieval of documentation.
  • Directing client and supplier queries to the appropriate staff members.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a driven person who has a keen eye for detail with excellent office presentation. Ideally, the successful candidate will have prior experience within the finance industry (but not essential). The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and administration skills and a desire to continue learning and developing themselves.

What the successful candidate will bring to the position;

  • A desire to work in the financial services industry
  • Previous experience using salesforce or similar financial planning software (not essential)
  • High level of skill with Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Cheerful, confident and friendly disposition
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Professional manner
  • Ability to deliver an outstanding, personalised customer experience to clients and exceed their expectations
  • Resilience and ability to adapt to change in a growing, ever-evolving vibrant business

Mackay, QLD

Work Type:

Full Time Traineeship (Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm)
