MRAEL are currently looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Administration Officer to join the team at Mas National.

Mas National exists to create and support workforce employment, development and growth for individuals, employers and communities. 

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, positive and energetic team player to join the QLD team, based within the Rockhampton office.

Mas National are contracted by the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations to deliver Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS) services across multiple states. Our knowledgeable and passionate team support employers, stakeholders and individuals from pre-commencement through to completion of an Australian Apprenticeship.

The exciting part of this role is the opportunity to learn the skills across the Vocational Education and Training industry and have the opportunity for career progression within Mas National and across the IntoWork Australia businesses.

Your duties will include...

  • Providing administration support and assistance to the Mas National Apprenticeship Consultants and Mentors.
  • Delivering superior customer service to all stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Conducting virtual progress contact visits with Employers and Australian Apprentices
  • Assisting with the accurate completion of Australian Support Network documents
  • Providing support to employers and Apprentices to assist with claiming Australian Apprenticeship Incentives

The Successful candidate will need to have:

  • A willingness to learn and be mentored in a new role
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proven experience in an administrtaive role
  • Highly motivated and a positive attitude
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level attention to detail and accuracy

Work Type:

Full Time, Monday - Friday (38 hours per week)

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
  • This position requires an Australian Federal Police Check and a Working with Children Blue Card, which will be arranged for the suitable applicant.
