The Role
This is a part-time Business Traineeship (approx. 15 hours per week) designed to give you hands-on experience in construction administration. You’ll be the backbone of our office, ensuring our projects run smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Email Management: Monitoring the inbox and flagging urgent client requests so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Project Support: Creating new leads, maintaining project files, and uploading quotes.
- Financial Admin: Creating purchase orders and reconciling project costs.
- Operations: Assisting with job scheduling and ensuring safety compliance documentation is up to date.
The Details:
- Schedule: Mondays & Tuesdays (Flexible start: 7:30 am or 8:00 am).
- Hours: 7.6-hour days (Min. 15 hours per week). We can be flexible with hours for the right candidate!
- Training: Full training provided on internal systems.
- Environment: A supportive, small office atmosphere where your contribution really matters.
About You:
- Previous admin experience is required.
- A sharp eye for detail and strong communication skills.
- You’re reliable, positive, and ready to learn.
