As part of our commitment to excellence, we operate as an Apprentice and Employment Services provider and Australian Apprenticeship Support Network Provider, delivering tailored workforce solutions that empower both businesses and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and sales to grow your caseload of apprentices, trainees and partner organisations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Australian Apprentices, Host Employers, Registered Training Organisations, and other essential partners.
- Mentor and support apprentices, conducting site visits and performance management to ensure their success.
- Schedule TAFE bookings and oversee training, ensuring apprentices are meeting all on-the-job and off-the-job training requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and performance counselling when needed.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, with a knack for relationship building.
- A strong understanding of employment needs, with apprentice mentoring experience highly regarded.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills – you’re a people person at heart!
- Initiative, drive, and the ability to work autonomously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience within a Group Training Organisation (GTO), Registered Training Organisation (RTO), or working with an ACAP is highly regarded.

- Unrestricted Drivers Licence and the ability to work autonomously while on the road.
- This role requires an Australian Federal Police Check and a Working with Children Blue Card, which we will arrange for the successful applicant.
