Operations Support Traineeship

MRAEL in partnership with Lawrence and Hanson are looking for an eager Operations Support Trainee to join their tight-knit team located in Knoxfield.

What’s involved?

Working in the Warehouse Support Centre, you will find yourself being responsible for customer inquiries, handling and dispatching stock and providing exceptional service to customers. You will work alongside a small support team and report to the Operations Support Manager.

This role is a full-time 24-month Traineeship and will typically see you carry out the following duties:

·   Interacting with customers via phone, email or in person to service needs and/or complete sales.

·   Accurately picking, packing and dispatching of all customer orders.

·     Receiving stock and ensuring its checked against delivery advice, receipted and stored correctly.

·     Completing inventory, cyclic counts and participating in stock takes.

·     Loading and delivering stock to customers.

About you:

You will have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and work collaboratively with others. Our ideal candidate will have the following:

·      Hold a current drivers licence

·      Excellent communication skills

·      Attention to detail
