Key Responsibilities (role dependent) 

• Lead and support Defence projects throughout the capability lifecycle 
• Deliver scheduling, integration, and logistics support for complex programs 
• Support earned value management, reporting, and program control 
• Collaborate with technical teams, Defence stakeholders, and industry partners 
• Ensure governance, risk, cost, and milestone alignment across projects 

What We’re Looking For 

• Proven experience in project management, ILS, scheduling, or Defence support services 
• Understanding of Defence project environments, standards, or frameworks (e.g. ASDEFCON, CASG, PMBoK, PRINCE2) 
• Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills 
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities 
• Australian Citizenship (mandatory) 
• Security clearance (Baseline, NV1, or NV2 preferred)
