  • Manage the planning, daily costings, monitoring, measuring, and reporting of progress and cost.
  • Manage scopes of work including budgeting, scheduling, and delivery.
  • Assist project teams to prepare and manage site documentation.
  • Assess potential risks and problems that arise during the project.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams, helping them develop and grow their skills.
  • Conducting on-site investigations and analysing data.
  • Organisation and allocation of resources including site labour, plant, equipment and materials for the coordination and delivery of site activities.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to an onsite safety and environmental control by ensuring compliance with Project Risk Analysis and stopping unsafe/incorrect work practices whenever spotted.
  • Flexible approach to working hours and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Understanding and compliance with company procedural requirements.
  • Ability to identify records that require preserving for historical or compliance value.

About You

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Civil / Structural).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Project Engineering role, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong background in renewable energy projects, particularly solar farms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and guide teams to success.
  • Ability to solve complex engineering challenges and deliver results under pressure.
  • A passion for the environment and renewable energy solutions.

Why You’ll Love Working with Us:

  • Long-Term Career Growth: As we continue to grow, so will you. We offer professional development, training opportunities, and a clear path for career advancement.
