About the Role

We are looking for experienced Carpenters to join our Project Operations team. This is a hands-on site role where you will play a key part in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following; 

• Read blueprints and building plans to prepare project layouts 
• Install foundations, concrete forms, and scaffolding 
• Assembling prepared wood to form structures and fittings ready to install 
• Measure, cut, shape, and alter materials like wood, plastic, and other materials to specification 
• Constructs erect and dismantle formwork for walls 
• Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks, props, and other structures using hand tools and fastener 
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow safety regulations 

Additional Information 

• Base Salary $70,000 - $90,000 with overtime rates 
• Full Time, Permanent Position 
• Valid & Current Driver License 
• White Card 
• Able to work various FIFO rosters 

About You

To be considered for the role, you will have proven experience as a Carpenter / Form worker and be proficient in all aspects of Formwork Carpentry 

• Minimum 2 years of site-based experience in Carpentry and/or Formwork ideally in the Construction & Renewables sector 
• Qualifications in Carpentry are desirable 
• Reliability, punctuality and a sense of ownership over your work 
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills 
• A commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental best practice
