About Monford Group

Built “from the ground up” and led by a hands-on management team, Monford’s success is rooted in integrity, quality, and efficiency. As a leader in construction, we manage projects across Infrastructure, Resources, and Energy sectors nationwide.

We’re more than just a construction company. At Monford, we champion internal promotions, celebrate team achievements, and create an environment where everyone can grow and excel. We’re dedicated to your development and career advancement because your success is our success.

About the Role

Monford is expanding across major renewable energy and infrastructure projects along the East Coast, and we’re after a Construction Manager who leads from the front.

You’ll be on the ground — driving delivery, managing subcontractors, and leading high-performing teams. You’ll take ownership of site outcomes, guide Senior Supervisors, and hold your own in client conversations. This role suits someone who thrives under pressure, makes clear decisions, and inspires results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor Senior Supervisors, holding site teams accountable for performance, safety, and quality.
  • Manage subcontractors and workforce resources to achieve project milestones and budgets.
  • Drive a proactive safety and quality culture across all operations.
  • Navigate complex HR and industrial matters confidently when required.
  • Ensure HSEQ compliance and lead audits, investigations, and risk assessments.

About You

You’re a natural leader who can motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and turn challenges into solutions.

You’ll bring:

  • Degree in Construction Management (or similar) and extensive site-based experience.
  • 10+ years in senior leadership roles managing 200+ personnel on large-scale projects.
  • Proven track record delivering within the resources, infrastructure, or energy sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

How to Apply

At Monford, our RIPPA values—Resilience, Innovation, Positivity, Performance, and Approachable—define our culture and achievements. If this sounds like you, hit the Apply button and submit your application with a detailed resume and cover letter. Join us and be part of something incredible!
