About Monford Group

Built “from the ground up” and led by a hands-on management team, Monford’s success is rooted in integrity, quality, and efficiency. As a leader in construction, we manage projects across Infrastructure, Resources, and Energy sectors nationwide.

We’re more than just a construction company. At Monford, we champion internal promotions, celebrate team achievements, and create an environment where everyone can grow and excel. We’re dedicated to your development and career advancement because your success is our success.

About the Role

We’re gearing up for a busy period ahead and are looking for an experienced Project Administrator based locally in Karratha to join our on-site team.

This is a residential role (no FIFO required) — perfect for someone who wants to stay close to home while being part of major local projects. You’ll work Monday to Friday (or Saturday, depending on project needs), supporting day-to-day site operations, logistics, documentation, and reporting to keep our projects running smoothly.

You’ll be right at the heart of the action, coordinating people and resources, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring our team is set up for success every day.

If you’re organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your work truly makes a difference, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your career locally with a company that values its people.

  • Financial & Lifestyle Benefit: Novated leasing, lifestyle discounts and work-life balance
  • Paid Social Events: Celebrate milestones and achievements with company-sponsored events.

  • 12+ months’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Viewpoint software is a bonus.
