About the Role
Millennium is looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to lead our team at one of Sydney's busiest retail shopping centres in Eastgardens, NSW.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Security Supervisor or a strong Senior Security Officer looking to take the next step into leadership. You'll play a key role in leading a team, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the site operates safely and efficiently every day.
As the Security Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers, retailers, and staff.
Roster
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Thursday: 12:00pm – 9:00pm
Minimum annual earnings of $98K + allowances + Discretionary performance bonus

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of 16 Security Officers.
- Managing daily security operations and ensuring smooth site coverage.
- Monitoring the Control Room, CCTV and alarm systems.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client and centre management.
- Responding to incidents and coordinating emergency responses.
- Managing reports, site documentation and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Conducting site patrols and identifying potential risks.
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and coaching of new team members.
- Promoting a positive safety culture and high standard of customer service.
About You
We're looking for someone who is confident, approachable and enjoys leading people.
You'll ideally have:
- Current NSW Security Licence (essential).
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Previous experience in a Security Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Security Officer role.
- Experience in retail or shopping centre security is highly regarded, but not essential.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience building positive client and stakeholder relationships.
- Sound computer skills and the ability to complete reports.
- A professional attitude with a strong focus on customer service and safety.
- A proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
