Millennium Services Group delivers Cleaning, Security and Facilities Management services across Australia and New Zealand, supporting some of the region's largest commercial property owners, retail centres, logistics operators, data centres and critical infrastructure providers.

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Risk & Compliance Officer to join our Quality, Risk and Compliance team based in Murarrie.

This role offers exposure to governance, risk, contractor assurance, supplier due diligence, public liability management, ESG and modern slavery programs within a national business operating across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group Compliance Manager, you will support Millennium's compliance and governance framework across Australia and New Zealand.

You will work closely with operational teams, suppliers, contractors, insurers and external stakeholders to ensure compliance obligations are met, risks are managed, and governance systems remain effective.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supplier and contractor due diligence and onboarding.
  • Compliance monitoring and assurance activities.
  • Public liability and property damage incident administration and reporting.
  • Audit support, corrective action tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Preparation of reports, dashboards and compliance updates.
  • Document control and maintenance of compliance systems and registers.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience in compliance, governance, risk, administration or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience maintaining records, registers or controlled documentation.

Experience with audits, investigations, contractor management or compliance systems will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Qualifications in Business Administration, Compliance, Risk, WHS or a related discipline are desirable but not mandatory.
