Salary Range:
Annual - AU$ 90,000 - 110,000
The Role:
Millennium is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead and support our operations at Indooroopilly.
The Office Manager is responsible for organising and controlling all functions and resources associated with effective management of the site, including staffing, facilities and administrative systems.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Managing the planning and review of the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre.
- Managing the planning and review of site services, including setting priorities and service standards.
- Allocating human resources, facilities and equipment.
- Supervising staff work performance and allocating work tasks.
- Maintaining staff rosters and work programs.
- Managing personnel records and additional billings.
- Maintain expense budgets and approve site expenses in accordance with approved site budget.
- Liaising with professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems.
- Managing program of equipment maintenance and records.
- Adhere to all safe work practices, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Ensuring that all site practices complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures.
- Coordinate all team management activities such recruitment, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and development.
About You:
- Previous experience as a manager in commercial cleaning (preferred)
- The role requires tertiary qualification in a related field, 3-5 years of industry and management experience, and a valid drivers license
- Experience in retail cleaning environments
- Experience managing an office and large sites
- Basic computer skills for managing rosters and systems
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and shows initiative
- Able to respond quickly to last-minute changes or challenges
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks under pressure
