The Role:

Millennium is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable cleaner to join our team at one of our retail shopping centres.

This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, pays great attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping spaces clean and welcoming.

We have a full‑time position available, with a Monday to Friday roster from 2:00 PM to 10:06 PM.

The role is paid based on award wages.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard

·      Spot cleaning of furnishings

·      Sweeping and mopping

·      Toilet cleaning.

·      Rubbish collection

·      Car park cleaning

·      Cleaning of glass, both internal and external

·      Dusting of all hard surfaces

About You:

·      Demonstrated cleaning experience, in a commercial environment would be an advantage.

·      Proven experience of working in a team successfully.

·      The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.

·      Strong attention to detail.

·      Excellent customer service skills.

·      Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work.

·      Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards.

·      Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required.

·      Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus.
