The Role:

Millennium has an exciting opportunity for a reliable and motivated full-time Night Cleaner to join our team, working the following roster:

Sunday to Thursday | 10:00pm – 6:00am

Pay Rate: $33 per hour

We're looking for a reliable and motivated cleaner who takes pride in delivering high standards and enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate floor scrubbers, burnishers, and other floor care equipment.
• Carry out window cleaning using a glove and squeegee.
• Perform commercial cleaning duties to a high standard.
• Work safely and efficiently while following company procedures.
•  Provide general site support and assist with cleaning tasks as required.

About You

• Previous commercial cleaning experience, highly regarded
• Confident working at heights.
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Willingness to travel outside Christchurch when required (typically no more than twice per year).
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleaning standards.
• Flexible to work public holidays and additional hours when required.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age in line with workplace health and safety requirements.
• Professional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
