About The Opportunity

As the Product Specialist, based at our Semenovskaya Square office in Moscow, you will play a key support role for customers of our data management solution, Micromine Geobank. Being at the forefront of client interactions, your work will solidify customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction.

Reporting directly to the Micromine Geobank Lead (Russia), your key responsibilities will include:

• Scoping, configuring, and deploying Micromine Geobank for customers.
• Providing telephone, email, and face-to-face support.
• Conducting training with clients and in-house staff (in-person and online).
• Ensuring enhancement requests, bugs, and development issues are raised and resolved.
• BETA testing new versions and products to check improved functionality.
• Supporting the Sales team during technical demonstrations, trade shows, and other events.

About You

You will have a background within operational mining roles, including expertise in geological data management.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

• A tertiary qualification in the earth sciences or engineering.
• Database design and modelling experience.
