About The Opportunity

As the Marketing Specialist, based at our Canada Place office in Vancouver, you will work closely with industry organizations, conference exhibitors, and suppliers to deliver first-class in-person, hybrid, and digital events for Micromine. Your work will ensure event execution supports the marketing strategy and enables the success of our sales teams across the Americas.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager (Americas), your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the tradeshow strategy across the Americas region, as well as in-house and virtual events as needed.
  • Coordinating logistics for trade shows, including the creation of booths, graphic assets, and marketing collateral (e.g. brochures, product material, sales scripts, and event talking points).
  • Providing support for the delivery of marketing campaigns, including the creation of marketing emails, web content, landing pages and social media posts.
  • Setting lead generation targets for conference attendance, including analyzing post-event reports to evaluate success and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Capturing leads from events and marketing activity within the CRM and coordinating follow-up actions with the Sales team.

About You

You will be an experienced and well-rounded marketing professional with demonstrated expertise in planning and managing corporate events (in-person, hybrid, and virtual).

 Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Well-versed in driving event attendance via campaigns and social media activities.
  • Whilst not essential, the ability to speak Spanish would be beneficial.
