About The Opportunity 


As the Account Manager, based in Vancouver, you will play a vital role in driving business growth for Micromine's exploration solution, Micromine Origin. In this role you will manage existing client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction, renewals, and upsells.


Reporting to the Key Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include:


  • Developing plans to maintain and grow existing accounts across the Americas.
  • Building relationships within key accounts to engage customers, maintain communication, and facilitate growth.
  • Identifying potential account challenges and addressing them early.
  • Sharing customer feedback with the Key Account Manager, as well as assessing opportunities to enhance licensing structures.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to drive improvements with Micromine’s products and promotional strategies.
  • Working with the Sales team to help with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.


About You


As an experienced account manager, you will have a background in B2B software sales. 


Key skills, experience, and qualifications:


  • Minimally 3-5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success in growing client accounts 
  • Experience with selling software/ Saas solutions or mining technology
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills 
  • Experience in the mining industry is a bonus
  • Ability to travel for work as required
