About The Opportunity

Due to continuous growth, our APAC team is now on the look out for a Sales Manager to provide strategic leadership and be responsible for guiding and developing a high-performing sales team focused on in the Eastern states.

Reporting to the APAC Sales Director, you’ll coach and empower your team, drive execution of go-to-market plans, and ensure alignment with Micromine’s commercial strategy.


What you’ll do

  • This role is management focused, with success measured by achieving a team-based sales target and building a winning culture
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing east-coast sales team
  • Drive execution of sales plans and ensure revenue targets are achieved
  • Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Support hiring, onboarding, capability development and performance management
  • Maintain high forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility
  • Stay ahead of market and competitor trends, sharing insights with leadership


About You

You will have a proven background leading successful sales teams.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success leading sales teams, ideally within technology / SAAS
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record
  • Strong coaching, leadership and communication capability
  • Skilled in CRM use, sales planning and methodology
  • Commercially curious, data-driven and able to influence at senior levels
