About The Opportunity

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, based at our Perth CBD office, you will manage the full end-to-end recruitment life cycle for Micromine's offices globally. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process for all Micromine offices.
  • Partnering with managers globally to drive recruitment outcomes.
  • Proactively searching and engaging with high-calibre talent to fill key vacancies.
  • Creating campaigns to build international talent communities for future recruitment needs.
  • Exploring industry best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve systems and processes.
  • Participating in HR projects from a recruitment perspective.

 

About You

You will be an experienced recruiter with exposure to working for / with complex service delivery organisations.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • A proven track record in end-to-end talent sourcing for white-collar technical and professional staff.
  • Highly outcome focused to deliver to our Micromine growth strategy.
  • Comfortable being hands on during the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and managers at all levels.
  • Mining industry experience will be highly regarded.
