About The Opportunity

As the Marketing Manager (Australia), based at our Fortitude Valley office, you will play a hands-on role in the strategic development and delivery of marketing and communications activity across Australia. As the senior member of the regional marketing team, your work will drive innovative and cost-effective methods to support the business in meeting its growth and sales objectives.

Reporting to the General Manager (Australia) your main responsibilities will include:

  • Creating, leading, and managing the Australian marketing strategy and calendar of activity.
  • Developing and implementing the brand marketing plan, including owning the selection and delivery of brand activity, as well as assessing conference investment and attendance.
  • Designing campaigns and lead generation activities to deliver consistent messaging and drive sales.
  • Overseeing the development and delivery of digital marketing programs then analysing and reporting on their effectiveness.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and creating differentiation strategies across the product range.
  • Managing and developing two direct reports (Field Marketing and Inside Sales).

About You

You will have proven B2B strategic marketing experience, across a broad range of marketing activities, including branding, campaigns, event management, lead generation, and product releases.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline
  • The ability to create and deliver strategic marketing plans based on market analysis
  • Well-versed in collaborating with sales teams to generate product and marketing content
  • Experienced in the managing marketing budgets
  • Exposure to team management (preferred not essential)
  • Whilst not essential, previous Mining or Technology industry experience would be useful
