About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Product Specialist who will be responsible for providing high quality post sales customer success including software implementations, client training and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the customer to ensure the software is being used to its optimum in the initial stages of implementation
- Provide training to current and new customers.
- Be part of the product development phase, Liaise with the product development team and software users during the software design cycle, participate in the internal beta testing, and act as a point of contact for product team to identify & document technical requirements.
- Support business development managers to identify, develop and close opportunities within key accounts
- Provide support to business development in the technical aspects of our solution selling process, including client demonstrations, input into sales proposals, customer success and support
- Identify account enrichment opportunities for our mine planning solutions
About You
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in analysis, design, implementation, and support of mine planning systems
- A recognised tertiary earth science or engineering qualification
- Strong ability to build relationships with customers
- Detailed understanding and delivery of mine planning solutions
