About The Opportunity

Our Americas team (Canada, USA & Central America), based at our Canada Place office in Vancouver, are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join them. In this role you will manage accounts, process invoices, and provide the leadership team with the information required to manage the region.

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance (Americas), your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the accounts payable and receivable process.
• Ensuring the timely submission of reports, including AP and AR reports on a weekly basis.
• Coordinating invoice processing cycles with the Operations and Sales teams.
• General finance administrative tasks.

About You

You will have proven experience within similar roles, including hands on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing expertise.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Experience with using accounting software.
• Competency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly with Excel.
