 About The Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for an Enterprise Sales Manager to join our APAC Sales team in Perth. This is a senior role with real impact, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding Micromine Beyond into the world’s largest mining companies.

Working closely with our Technical Presales and Operations teams, you’ll be the driving force behind identifying new opportunities, building executive-level relationships, and closing complex enterprise deals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Presenting and selling Micromine’s enterprise solutions to major mining prospects.
  • Developing account strategies to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients, including annual renewals.
  • Coordinating with presales, marketing, product, and services teams to deliver proposals and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Representing Micromine at industry events, seminars, and trade shows.

About You

You will have a proven background in enterprise software sales, with a strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver results in complex environments.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications include:

  • Significant experience in business development, client consultation, or enterprise software sales.
  • Mining industry exposure and an understanding of mine planning and production team needs.
  • A stable track record of achieving above-budget sales performance, with revenue primarily from new customers.
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience applying sales methodologies to enterprise-scale opportunities.
