About The Opportunity

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, based at Micromine HQ in the Perth CBD, you will be responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment life cycle across Micromine offices globally. Taking a pro-active approach to candidate sourcing and continuously improving recruitment processes.

Reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture, your key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively search and engage high-calibre talent to meet Micromine’s needs.
  • Lead the screening of candidates, regardless of source, to identify and assess technical and professional skills, and personal and behavioural characteristics which will positively contribute to the Purpose and Values of the organisation.
  • Actively participate in interviews.
  • Maintain 100% compliance with all visa checks, confirmation of qualifications, and all regulatory requirements.
  • Completion and recording of Employment Contracts.

About You

You will have experience in a similar role, in a medium or large, complex service delivery organisation.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Proven track record in talent sourcing (internal and/or agency) in a white-collar, end-to-end recruitment role.
  • Confidence and the ability to coach managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Previous experience where emphasis has been on strategic sourcing.
