 About The Opportunity:

The primary focus of the position is to work with subject matter experts to create effective training content that helps users learn to use the company's software products. This involves gathering information, structuring training logically, and producing multimedia training materials that facilitate learning using the principles of instructional design.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information for training content.
• Conduct interviews and meetings to understand training needs.
• Plan and structure training materials logically for learners.
• Create detailed storyboards and multimedia training content.
• Update and refresh existing training materials, including new product features.
• Support the development of self-paced and coherent learning journeys.

 About You:

This role will be ideal for someone early in their career with a relevant degree, such as writing, interactive and visual design, IT, film and television production, education, or a related field.

 Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

• You have an understanding of the fundamentals of instructional design.
• You have skills or a strong interest in video editing and developing digital learning content. An interest or skills in motion graphics would be a plus.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You're excited by technology and eager to learn how to use software, including AI-powered content creation tools.
• You have a growth mindset, constantly seeking to improve and find new ways to achieve your goals. You welcome feedback and use it to grow over time.
