About The Opportunity

As the Data Reporting Analyst, based at Micromine HQ in the Perth CBD, you will deliver all reporting and data analysis, for the Sales Operations team, to support management decision-making with business insights.

Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, your key responsibilities will include:

• Working with management to align reporting with business objectives to enable fact-based decision-making.
• Delivering accurate sales reporting and analysis for management, including forecasting and target achievement.
• Supporting the Head of Sales Operations with administrating the global discounting and sales incentives process.
• Reviewing and maintaining the data alignment between the CRM and Licensing systems using bulk data review and matching processes.

About You

You will be an experienced analyst who is proficient in writing scripts to deliver reporting from large data sources.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience with using NetSuite (either as a CRM or ERP).
• Well-versed in managing data within multiple systems.
• Expertise with data-oriented coding and databases (e.g. SQL, Python).
• Ability to build and maintain efficient repeatable workflows
