About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the development and lead the execution of marketing initiatives aligned to the APAC strategy, with a clear focus on driving lead generation, strengthening brand awareness and enhancing customer retention across South East Asia. This role will deliver integrated campaigns across digital, content and events, including the planning and execution of trade shows, customer forums, webinars and industry conferences.
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded marketer with experience managing multi-channel campaigns, developing engaging content, coordinating events end-to-end and analysing performance to optimise results. Strong stakeholder management, clear communication and the ability to prioritise and deliver multiple concurrent projects are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute integrated regional marketing campaigns aligned to the APAC strategy, driving demand generation and customer retention across South East Asia
- Lead end-to-end delivery of regional events, trade shows, webinars and conferences, including logistics, stakeholder coordination, communications, budget management and post-event reporting
- Develop and localise high-impact content across digital, email, web and webinar channels to support campaigns, product launches and sales enablement
- Ensure all regional marketing activity adheres to global brand standards and messaging frameworks
- Manage regional marketing budgets, suppliers and merchandise, maintaining accountability for spend and delivery within scope and timeline
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign and event performance, driving continuous optimisation and measurable ROI
- Travel domestically and internationally as required and undertake additional responsibilities as directed
About You
You are a commercially minded B2B marketer with experience delivering integrated campaigns and managing event programs in a technical or software-led environment. Exposure to the mining industry is desirable.
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing within a technical industry, ideally within technology or software
- Fluent in English and Bahasa
- Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, webinar and event channels
- Proven capability managing regional event calendars, trade shows and virtual events end-to-end
- Strong working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua or HubSpot
- Experience using LinkedIn advertising and digital performance channels to drive lead generation
- Ability to analyse campaign and event performance, extract audience insights and optimise ROI
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and commercial stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline
