About The Opportunity
As the Implementation Specialist, based at our Brisbane Office in Fortitude Valley, you will play a vital support role implementing and supporting our solution, Micromine Pitram.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and managing the implementation of Micromine Pitram, including co-ordinating internal resources and timelines.
- Assist with customising our software, based on our client’s needs and specifications.
- Educating clients on how to use our software and the systems features.
- Creating a plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of Micromine Pitram.
- Communicating with client stakeholders across a range of functions, such as management, HR, payroll, and accounting.
- Assist with installation and implementation of our software solution.
- Preparing for client-facing meetings and presenting project updates, status reports and other key project deliverables.
About You
Key skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Experience implementing software solutions.
- Broad technical experience eg database, network infrastructure or hands on with software.
- Proven communication, presentation and customer relationship building skills.
- Comfortable traveling onsite to mines to assist clients as required.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Whilst not essential, experience with fleet management and or general purpose mining software is a bonus.
