About The Opportunity

Micromine is seeking a HubSpot CRM Specialist to join our Business Applications team in Perth.

Reporting to the Platforms Lead, this role is responsible for the operational ownership, delivery, and continuous improvement of Micromine’s HubSpot platform.

This is not simply a system administration role. You will work closely with Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions, prioritising improvements that support lead management, revenue operations, and customer engagement across our global business.

  • Implement platform improvements and enhancements aligned with governance standards and approved designs.
  • Work with Commercial Operations and cross-functional teams to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into effective HubSpot solutions.
  • Provide guidance on platform capabilities and best-practice approaches.
  • Maintain high-quality CRM data structures, monitor data quality, and resolve platform issues impacting operations or reporting.
  • Manage permissions, access controls, and platform standards to ensure HubSpot remains secure, compliant, and maintainable.


About You

You are a technically capable CRM professional who enjoys working at the intersection of systems, business process, and commercial operations.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Strong experience administering / managing HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data structures, lifecycle management, permissions, and automation.
  • Experience translating business requirements into CRM workflows, automation, and system configuration.
  • Experience working within structured change control, documentation, or SDLC environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance business needs, governance, and system stability.
