As a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst, you will be joining at an exciting growth phase and will be contributing to future-proofing our business. About the role:

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Finance, this role works closely with the broader Corporate Finance team to support a range of critical activities, including:

  • Corporate valuation
  • Long-term business planning
  • Airlines agreements negotiation
  • Strategic growth capital project assessments
  • Integrated capital plan funding
  • Business units and corporate value optimisation, etc.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and refine the Long-Term Corporate Model (LTM), supporting business planning, budgeting, and valuation cycles.
  • Support evaluation of business plans, cases, and strategic projects, including modelling for airline agreements and pricing strategies.
  • Assist in assessing capital projects by testing assumptions, evaluating risks, and ensuring financial and strategic criteria are met.
  • Perform debt and capital structure analysis, valuation sensitivity and scenario modelling to inform decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on key financial and business KPIs to track outcomes and provide financial advice across the business.
  • Apply modelling best practices to improve model integrity, functionality, and usability.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance decision-making efficiency and consistency.
  • Support knowledge sharing and deliver training to build modelling capability across business units.
  • Contribute to various projects as required by the Head of Corporate Finance.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA, Master in Finance, or similar).
  • Professional accreditation such as CFA, CA, or CPA
  • Detailed understanding of corporate finance principles, including valuation techniques and capital structures
  • Experience with applying accounting theory to financial analysis, including, financial statement relationships & impacts; Depreciation; and Tax, etc
  • Ideally trained within Business Modelling / Valuation / Corporate Finance teams in a professional services firm
  • Advanced financial modelling skills, experience with development and/or maintenance of 3-way (BS, PL & CFS) long-term corporate models, and familiarity with Excel modelling best practices. Prior experience with VBA coding and macros will be highly favourable.
