We are continuing to transform the airport precinct to meet the needs of millions of travellers each year and are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of retail tenancy projects across the airport, ensuring new and refurbished retail spaces are delivered safely, efficiently and ready to welcome travellers.

Key responsibilities:
The role's duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of retail tenancy projects across the airport, including base build, landlord works, Category 1 works and tenant fit-outs
- Take full accountability for delivery outcomes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and aligned to leasing strategy and design intent
- Manage a portfolio of retail tenancy projects across varying stages, maintaining integrated programmes aligned to leasing milestones and opening dates
- Monitor programme performance, proactively manage risks and implement corrective actions to protect retailer opening timelines
- Work closely with Retail, Leasing, Design and Operations teams to enable successful retailer openings and high-quality retail environments
- Act as the key interface with tenants, consultants, contractors and authorities throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Oversee tenant fit-out approvals, ensuring compliance with lease requirements, design guidelines and statutory obligations
- Ensure timely handover to Retail Operations and manage defect rectification where required
- Lead and mentor a direct report, fostering a collaborative and high-performing delivery culture
- Establish and maintain clear delivery standards, governance and documentation for retail tenancy works
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes to improve efficiency, manage risk and strengthen programme certainty
- Ensure all works comply with WHS, regulatory and airport operational requirements while maintaining clear reporting on delivery performance
The successful candidate will have:
You are an experienced project delivery leader with strong commercial awareness and a track record delivering retail or commercial fit-out projects in complex operational environments.
You bring a collaborative approach, strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining programme certainty.
You will ideally bring:
- Extensive experience delivering retail tenancy, fit-out or commercial property projects
- Strong understanding of base build, Category 1 works and tenant fit-out delivery
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
- Experience working closely with leasing, design, retail operations and project teams
- Strong commercial acumen including budget, contract and consultant management
- Proven people leadership experience and the ability to mentor and develop others
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline
